    JAXA provide transmitter, antenna development, integrating service into ground infrastructure

    And so UKSA is doing what exactly? Seems like JAXA's doing all the work and we're pleading "Yeah but we helped!"

      The UKSA has the money in the form of the International Bilateral Fund which in this case seems to be linked to the Viasat side of things.
