    Well they can't be Russian then.

    Russia doesn't go for the "queer eye" side of things, and their furry hats are far from fetish material.

      Maybe they're commies and side with Russia because they're anti-western. It doesn't need to make too much sense, after all there's also far right people siding with Russia even though the official reason for invading Ukraine is "denazification". Some people don't understand that "the enemy of my enemy is my friend" isn't always true.

    Who has time to go through 9GB of documents and sort through what's valuable and what isn't?

    Even if you did a full-text search for, say, "nuclear", you'd probably end up with tons of documents relating to such things as "Storage, Siting, and Maintenance of Nuclear Materials Exterior Packaging Units" (wooden crates holding metal containers holding smaller metal containers containing ...), "Screw-Type Fastener Requirements for Constructing Nuclear Materials Exterior Packaging Units", "Catalog of Approved Screw-Type Fasteners for Constructing Nuclear Materials Exterior Packaging Units", "Ordering Procedures for Catalogs of Approved Screw-Type Fasteners for Constructing Nuclear Materials Exterior Packaging Units", ...
