38 signatories have filed nine "friend of the court" (amicus) briefs in support of the district court's decision to deny the preliminary injunction
Brad, stop wasting our time. If you can't find 38 people to sign onto amicus briefs to support your case at the circuit level, your case has to be really, really bad. This is about as low a bar as anyone could name in the US legal system. Amicus briefs get churned out by the truckload for pretty much anything at all controversial.
