    Solar, Heat-pump and Wind

    Try slapping Solar across the entire roof, a couple of wind-turbines in the car-park and some heat-pumps. They maybe enough to power the cooling at least.

    You could even experiment with geo-thermal. Go take a look in Iceland for some inspiration.

    A pile of Iron Mountain sheds just built round here with none…. and typical of most new-build warehouses adjacent on similar ‘business zones’.
