    Even if the "residential IP" is up all the time....are the hosts either "up" or "available"??

    Quote: "...web servers and hosts that are in an existing residential IP space...."

    Not sure that I understand.........usually "residential IP" instances are simply not permitted to run servers.......bots or not!

      In a lot of countries, where residential IPs are not under CGNAT, users can run servers in higher ports like 15443 for example.

      upnp may be used, but thats not strictly necessary.
