    The people actually impacted ? They'll get a few hundred pennies.

    The fines really aren't big enough yet.

      The class actions will add to that. And the increased insurance premiums. A class action by shareholders against the board and senior manglement would help as well.

        then they just pass the cost on to the customers and the bosses that let it happen by not investing in security, will give themselves another bonus.

        the only winners are the crooks and lame bosses.

        I don't like this game, the good people always lose.

    No doubt the class action lawsuit will result in one year of free credit reports with the recipients required to cancel at one year or be charged for the subscription forever.
