Blocking the domains, that'll stop them for at least five minutes!
Google said it obtained a court order to shut down domains used to distribute CryptBot after suing the distributors of the info-stealing malware. With all due respect for what they're trying to do, the decentralised nature of the Internet (some may recall that was kinda a design objective) means that such blocking can only happen in US jurisdictions or where the US has enough ability to blackmail other governments into doing its bidding.
In other words, they'll simply migrate to one of the countries that makes a mint out of crime and supporting crime. Would be cool if we could shut that down.
