    As a former employer, having your IT staff speculating in pork bellies and bauxite during the course of their employment perhaps seems like something that should have raised an eyebrow long before it raised a red flag.

      Firings are nice, but not necessarily scary enough. Criminal convictions, though, that tend to get one's attention.
