Are we down to Office 300 yet?
MS is really having a bad year yet... people and companies still want to spend increasing amounts of money with them and for what?
Increasingly shitty service that costs more $$$$. Yep, they have their business plan working well.
Stop using MS if you can. There are alternatives if you are brave enough to climb over their Seattle Tower sized wall to do it.
For the last few years, no matter what I did with the filter, The Reg always ended up in the junk mail folder. I tried adding as a contact but the email address changes daily so this didn't work. Then suddenly, two weeks ago or so, The reg started hitting my inbox and staying there. Don't know whether the fix was on M$FT's part (probably) or the Reg's but happy to report I now waste 15-20 mins of each morning perusing my favourite online tech magazine.
- An upgrade?
- A downgrade?
- New "Features"? (aka "Bugs")
- Someone pulled the plug on the server to vacuum the Data Centre?
- Disgruntled employee?
- Disgruntled about to be ex-employee?
- Banana skins on the server room floor?
Or was it just what we have come to expect? - Lack of testing, Poor change control, Incompetence?
