    Fish and Chips Act 2023

    (1)This Act contains provision about Fish and Chips.

    (2)Section 2 defines what is meant by a “fish” and a "chip".

    (3)Sections 4 to 10 contain provision about offences relating to fish and chips.

    (4)Section 11 provides for exceptions to those offences.

    (5)Sections 12 to 35 contain powers for dealing with prohibited activities in respect of fish and chips, in particular powers to give prohibition notices and make prohibition orders.

    (6)Sections 36 to 54 contain enforcement powers.

    They have published their intent to hold a meeting on how to proceed with their initiative, yet to be decided upon which feedback from industry consultants will outline the need for the strategy to later be ratified and drafted following review be all necessary committes and legislators upon which industry leaders will be consulted on which ..........
