It is sure to have mega surprising and totally unforeseen repercussions and unexpected consequences, opening up as it does to explosive exploitation and deep and quiet stealthy infiltration, the national and international defence industry base to giant virtual streamers over which/whom the destructive militarily minded will have no effective paramilitary minded influence, physical command or absolute virtual control which, if that is the New Long March Plan to defeat conflict, would definitely be most welcome.

A simple solution to a complex problem whenever one knows where secure payment is to go and remain always available for further supply feeds and needs and seeds.
