    We have asked analysts and SAP user groups to comment.

    Surely their agreements with SAP forbid this?

    WTF?

    What "support"?

    It took, on average, 3 months for them to add new users to the Hana DB.

    That was until they screwed up last time and gave one of the accounts too many rights which I instantly seized upon to give my own account the same level of privilege (I am the manager, so fair dues).

    Now it takes me 5 minutes to create new users...
