    What a bizarre merge indeed. Were they so desperate to grow at the cost of building up no synergy whatsoever ?

    "the fruits of which should soon become apparent"

    We all know the bitter fruits.

    1) Slash staff to make the earnings look better,

    2) Raise rates to drive away small customers,

    3) Borrow money to pay for the merger,

    4) Issue an IPO for the knowledge starved, limited customer, debt ridden shell,

    5) Buy bigger yachts.
