    we think another possible area of focus for the plant could be silicon photonics

    Oh gawd, please no. Thanks to chips shortage, the shelf with my favourite wavy ones was empty in my local Tesco for months! Can you imagine the photon shortage? All that money spent on solar panels wasted.

      No problem we just require them to buy photon credits OR produce an equal amount of LEDs and solar panels to become photon neutral
