    Yet another cartel?

    Is this the formation of a new cartel like the one that Samsung was involved in the early 00s - price fixing on DRAM? Let's hope not.

    Then again if you cannot compete you cant always collude and price fix.

      As the article says, their products don't really overlap, which is required to form a cartel.
