    Example scope includes AR/VR devices

Dear civil servants, please quietly remove this item from the list, before some turnip wastes billions of our pounds building the metaverse.

Nice thought. But all that would do is allow more billions of our pounds to be wasted elsewhere.

    Have the pigs been fed?

How is this different from all of the other frameworks the government has issued?

Have they looked at how other countries have done it, so they start from a working system?

Have they factored in all of the "lessons learned" from previous failures?

Have the pigs been fed and are they ready to fly?

Why is there not just 1 straightforward Govt purchasing framework ??

Why does the CCS need to take a back-hander/rebate on every purchase?? Just negotiate the deal and then simply fuck off and stop being like a self-serving corporate procurement division.

I predict failure and cost overruns

The contracts will be given to the usual suspects. Some chair-polishing civil servants will be given gongs.

I wonder if I can get odds from, say, William Hill on how much this will fail by.

    How hard can it be?

Why is this framework so expensive and why has it taken so long to produce it?

There will only be four questions:

    1) Are you KPMG/Crapita/Serco/Delottes/Accenture?

    2) Have you donated large sums to the Conservative Party?

    3) Will you provide lucrative sinecures for corrupt/disgraced MPs and retired civil servants?

    4) Can Baroness Dildo Harding be in charge?

If the answer to all 4 is yes, you're in.
