    Yet another company goes dark

    Capita, for all its faults, is a public company, listed on the London Stock Exchange, with shareholders and, most importantly, reporting requirements from the FCA and/or the FRC.

    A private equity firm taking over Trustmarque means that this visibility will vanish.
