    Although this should result in improvements for employees, it is a shame the action is driven by a risk to profits for investors rather than genuine altruism and concern for those who work for the company and therefore help to enable its success.

    Oh. So not 'safety of our employees' or 'security of our customers' like we typically see. On this date, company culture gets the number one spot beating out other favorite CEO buzzwords like diversity and stock price.
