Special characters...
Process 1: Requires files to be attached to the ticket system for bulk upload into processing system. Ticket system won't allow files to include special characters, such as the underscore.
Process 2: File format expected follows convention xxxx_yy_.zzz; won't accept files not conforming to this format.
