
Thoughts
First, I have no idea if the charges against Xiao Li are legitimate or political. But given the multitude of investigation in the US (and Britain, and Australia) it would be nice if some politicians were removed from office instead of just getting the equivalent of a bad political report card.
As far as data privacy:

I'd support that.
"User consent will be required before personal information such as biometrics, health records, or religious affiliation is put to work. Parental approval will be required to use data of children aged 14 or younger."
I'd support that too.
