    Is this involving the breakaway China arm of ARM?

    And if so where does it stand legally if it wanted to sell these chips to the rest of the world?

      I'm not sure how much of a breakaway it actually is. ARM owns 49% of ARM China, vs 51% by Hou An, so why they expect to be in full control with a minority ownership is not clear to me.
