    I am shocked, just shocked, I tell you, to see tech douche bros acting like tech douche bros... and actually being investigated for a change.

      The SEC is probing whether the board announced the claims to investors in time, not what actually happened. They don't care about those who were abused, only the investors who might have lost money because Blizzard's share price dropped on the allegations.

        SEC should also check if any board members or executives coincidentally flogged stock right before the allegations were made public.
