    Its good at least the CWU are useful at BT. Unfortunately if you are covered by prospect you are just hoping that any agreement with CWU will passively cover you as well as prospect are a complete waste of time, space and money!

    Surely it is in the national interest to increase wages and create jobs. Isn't that what the BoJo Mob endlessly bang on about? So shouldnl' BT pay staff more etc? After all it is British.

      I have been waiting for BT to move more stuff to indian for a while now, since the last time I was with them the quality of the support had dropped to the point where it was clear that they just didn't care anymore.

    Majority shareholders aren't and as for the CWU, chocolate & fireguard spring to mind, a match made in heaven with BT they are.
