Given the opportunity, what would you have said?
If you were the originator of the “foo” comment, what would you have put out instead?
I quite like the idea of contrasting the old and the new… “John Surtees was better than Lewis Hamilton because he did it on two wheels as well as four” or “Given a modern car, Fangio would win”.
Suggestions on a postcard to the usual address.

Have worked with APNS in the past, and sending a message is not trivial.
Apple, rightly, have a couple of barriers in place, to prevent miscreants from hijacking it. Knowing the unique (to that application) ID to send a message to is one thing. And there's rate limiting on that API
This looks like some internal testing, given the Foo. If it's not, then there's been a breach.
