    Great idea there. Arizona is the driest state of the USA. Great choice to place six plants that use millions of gallons of water every day.

    I can't even begin to image the amount of tax you're not going to pay.

      Good incentive to re-use the water after proper treatment. As for energy, solar power should do nicely there.

    I know of several areas in Ohio that high unemployment, beaucoup water resources, near major transportation hubs, and LOW wage requirements.
