Xiaomi to US Defense Department: Xiaomi the evidence or STFU!

Xiaomi challenged its inclusion on the list at a Washington DC federal district court, and now the matter has been settled, with the government agreeing to an order throwing out the earlier designation.

Whao. Xiaomi won a court battle with the US Defense Department. In a US Court. WTF has happened to this world, may I ask.

Xiaomi must've told the Defense Department "Xiaomi the evidence or STFU".

Lying in court is called perjury. And there is a punishment for perjury. Why on earth would anyone allow Xiaomi to win this one?

Show me any case where a US company (or Chinese one for that matter) has sued the Chinese government in a Chinese court, and won.
