Wish we had this here!
Would be really handy to have in the UK as well.
The railway station is in easy walking distance for me and the border collie, but not for my other half, who suffered a leg injury in an accident.
This means any time the three of us want to go out anywhere for the day, or go on holiday (we don't drive) we are reliant on finding a taxi driver who'll accept us plus dog, even more difficult in the post-Covid world!
This is usually possible when booking the outbound taxi in advance, but more difficult on the return when we don't know exactly when we'll be coming back (due to train delays or just wanting flexibility).
Having the option of a guaranteed pet-friendly taxi would make these trips much less stressful!

Costs
There is a reason hardly anybody has a car in Singapore. The government makes it insanely expensive to drive to prevent gridlock.
First you have to enter an expensive auction just to get a Certificate of Entitlement which gives you the right to register and drive a car. Next, there is the Additional Registration Fee, which is 100% - 180% of the open market value of the car. Then on top of this you have things like excise duty, GST, import costs and dealer margin. Finally there is the usual costs of a driving license and insurance. Due to this cars can easily be at least 5 times the price you pay in markets like Europe.
On the other hand, public transport is fantastic. The MRT is the best underground transport system I have used.
