back to article Windows 10 quite literally projects its deepest, darkest fears on to New Zealand

New Zealand may appear to be practically perfect in every way (at least when viewed through the lens of the UK's Lockdown Number Two) but the city of Christchurch is not immune to bork. Spotted by a Register reader on a stroll though the city's Evolution Square, the video projection animation of the Ōtautahi mural has garnered …

Thanks for the links - especially the RedBubble ones

I must admit that this one made me chuckle...

Having said that - I'm slightly surprised that MS haven't slapped one of it's usual IP riot-foams over the BSD 'design', either that or they're not exerting any influence over RedBubble (and other online artwork stores) like other big US corps do. (I've had several 'artworks' thrown back from RedBubble)

I doubt MS would want to draw contemporary attention to one of its historical boo-boos by suing over IP. It would also be massive free advertising for the sellers.

    Bork? Borkbork

If it's Christchurch (or Otautahi) Maybe the correct term ought to be munted.

As in "after the latest earthquake, my house is munted". It is a commonly used term down there unfortunately.

Slightly less common than "EQC and the insurance payouts are munted"
