Well, leaving politics out of it, China has always been great at something regardless of other country policies. Considering their potential user base for cloud usage, using pure integers here, I don't see how they won't challenge the "Big Three" very, very soon.
P.S. Is Microsoft part of that "Big Three"? It doesn't seem like it and I'm just going to preemptively replace MS with Ali now (it's kind of inevitable).
