        I think you need to look up the definition of 'racist', it relates to issues of superiority. Making fun of someone's accent in a foreign language because their mother tongue doesn't have certain sounds is not racist. If I got offended every time someone mocked my accent in any of the languages I speak I'd be rightly ridiculed.
