    Amazing how many firms don't check automated email / invoicing etc. Only takes ~ .001% to reply to make it worthwhile. Old college in my home town did a hand-written mailshot to a number of companies in the early 80s querying non payment of invoices. The money was returned.

    Still smile at texts from banks I never deal with and can't spell their name.
