    Yet another SAP over promised and under performed. Why am I not surprised.

      It seems SAP did what SAP said it would but the company wanted something slightly different, hence the add-on was purchased.

      "But the issues around supply chains and procurement systems does not detract from the success of the S/4HANA upgrade overall"
