It may not end well....

Having been on the receiving end of it twice, I do feel sorry for anyone in a small-ish UK company that is taken over by an American goliath.

It's not necessarily a happy marriage and can a bit of a nasty clash of cultures separated by a (almost) common language.

Maybe Xerox already have enough UK base that they know what they are doing, but good luck to all concerned.
