Jira Free has been around for a while; I've been using it for months. Service Desk and Core, though, are new.

Well trying this out today but all the links to Confluence take you to pay to use pages which is odd as it is now free for up to 10 users ?

Jira Core and Jira Software are free for 10 users, but Jira Service Desk free tier is only 3 agents.
