    If my experience is anything to go by

    They are trying to recoup some of those losses by some horrendous licensing hikes.

    And given their product roadmap has essentially been dead whilst they choked down Hortonworks, we're asking ourselves what actual value we are getting from Cloudera in comparison to some of the new emerging technologies that support 100% transparent autoscaling and total compute and storage seperation.
