    WTF Intel?

    'It seems our Patch Tuesday coverage is only going to be getting larger, thanks to the first of what looks to be many monthly security fix drops from Intel.'

    How hard is it to choose a different day? It's bad enough firefighting issues with customer updates to Windows let alone trying to figure out if its MS or Intel to fault find / blame. Looking again the Intel updates are probably not automatic so less of an issue for customers. I just wish AMD would make some network cards that work with Vsphere lol

      It's a catch 22. You either patch at one time and hope you don't have to play guess the culprit or, you spend most of the month constantly patching.

      Whichever you pick, at some point, you will lose.

    Intel, I don't mind a bit of retro-computing but at this rate the mitigations are going to slow me down to the speed of a ZX81 by 2020.
