RegDuke?
You do not have to say anything but...
The hacker crew behind the US Democratic National Committee breach are still at it and have infiltrated an EU country's embassy in Washington DC, according to infosec biz ESET. The Dukes, aka APT29 or Cozy Bear, were widely fingered as having been behind the infamous hack on the DNC, the governing body of the US opposition …
No, they are much more plausible than the DNC withholding the supposedly "hacked" computer from the FBI while hiring a private company to do that same "investigation." Sure enough, the well-paid-for verdict from Crowdstrike was that yes, it was those rascally Russians wut done it. Oh, and we must just take their word for it, since the Federal Bureau of Investigation was frozen out by the DNC.
Funny, that...
Election steering services on the dark web? Natch. Who sells them? There are rumors. But, surely there's no way to regulate the rates for the services, and the rates are sure to be politically biased--depending upon who is behind the offering. Sure, why muck around in the elections of others at your own expense when you can do it for a profit by charging others--and still serve your own political interests.
The point? Oh, this shit is not going away. Yet, I may well be preaching to the choir. Welcome to the "new world order."
Click hunters
They seem to have leveraged a bitly account earlier leveraged by Dell Secureworks looking (and getting) some significant clickbait....
Oh, and the DNC never did hand over the servers. Its one of the things Trump asked for a copy of for the FBI....

The President: I would like you to do us a favor though because our country has been through a lot and Ukraine knows a lot about it. I would like you to find out what happened with this whole situation with Ukraine, they say Crowdstrike... I guess you have one of your wealthy people... The server, they say Ukraine has it. There are a lot of things that went on, the whole situation. I think you're surrounding yourself with some of the same people. I would like to have the Attorney General call you or your people and I would like you to get to the bottom of it. <SNIP>
