    Is it going to bring anything useful or is it just going to wast even more write cycles on my SSDs and do stupid things like change my login screen from 20/20 to myopia ?

      More dark mode stuff.

      More control panel stuff hidden away.

      More UI inconsistencies.

      MS seem to have lost the plot regarding what an OS is supposed to do.

    Really there's only one question when a Windows update is released : what will it break on my wife's laptop?

    She would happily disable all updates on the thus far reasonable assumption that a security breach will cause less damage than whatever Microsoft delivers.J
