    I'm torn here

    On the one side, a rip off merchant. On the other side, Rimini Street.

    I think that Rimini Street doesn't have a legal leg to stand on, but OTOH it's Oracle..

    I'm glad you're happy about your success, but from where I sit, you've lost $90 million, you're banned from doing what you did and you're not getting any money back.

    In short, you're lucky Oracle did lose those 23 claims, because if it hadn't, you'd be buried by now.

      I wonder how serious those 23 claims were. It often feels like the discussion goes:

      Lawyer 1: OK, so we're going to court. What can we claim for?

      Lawyer 2: Well the main claim is ...
