Yeah...
I've been using node for ages and I never even knew that Joyent had a public cloud product. I can't believe they failed to use that product to advertise their paid products. And I make architecture decisions at my employer that builds SaS products. exactly the market they needed to be aware of this. People can't use your product if they don't know it exists.

Joyent no joy
Companies are known by what they do. Joyent had to be relieved of node.js because they were stifling it due to neglect. Joyent viciously attacked the 2nd or 3rd most prolific contributor to node because they were employed by a competitor, Strongloop. Joyent makes people weep.
