Hmm. For the 8C/16T "2.4/5.0 GHz" model, I will make a fearless prediction of sustained all-core boost of 3.6 GHz for a luggable with high-end cooling and relaxed power targets, 3.0 GHz for a "slim" laptop.
The 4C/8T might still be the sweet spot for a 45 W TDP, but Intel seems to artificially limit its max boost clock to 4.1 GHz so that the high-end model gets some benchmark breathing room...
