      No sure, but BNPP systems are managed by IBM.

      They may have been showing the "reboot" function of BigFix (and bungling it)...

    Explains the go-slow at Carrefour

    The tills were running slower and slower this afternoon at my local Carrefour, card payments were taking several minutes to go through - looked like a total crash was imminent.
