For anyone not familiar with FSLogix profile or Office 365 containers, it virtualises the profile or OST & search cache into a network mounted VHD. A bit like RDS profile disks, except it works. It can also be used in Citrix/VMWare environments where RDS profile disks can't.

It is now pretty much mandatory in any RDS solution we build that uses Office 365 or needs cached Exchange mode for any other reason. One of the few pieces of software that just installs and works exactly as advertised.

Hopefully it will be integrated into Windows and will just replace RD profile disks.
