    Acquisition price?

    Doesn't the acquisition price eventually have to be made public, since Tintri is still a public company?

    Every time I've seen a publicly traded company be acquired, it was always published what the acquisition price per share was.

      Tintri was delisted from the NASDAQ. Perhaps that changes the rules.

    Great news for customers of Tintri, but still no news for the UK/Ireland based ex-employees of Tintri who are left in limbo without pay.

      Everyone is conveniently quiet on the employee payment front!

      I'm going to guess DDN will say they only purchased the US entity and UK / Ireland companies are nothing to do with them. Perhaps I'll be wrong and they'll do the right thing...

    Interested to see if you still have faith or would rather purchase something else.
