    No, it's ideas for a bigger statistical analysis center, which will give Fortune 500 companies even better methods and tools to deep mine Big Data and screw us over.

    The European Lab for Learning & Intelligent Systems, dubbed ELLIS, would benefit Europe by creating new jobs and conducting top quality research to make sure Europe doesn’t fall behind the US and China in shaping how AI changes the world.

    I'm into this. Please give me 80s cyberpunk-worthy "special sauce" somewhat creepy and endearingly dysfunctional Russo-European AI behaving differently that whatever comes out of US Tensorflow outlets with a Facebook button the side.
