The main drag about Power 9...

...is that it's not released yet outside of a special box for AI workloads.

So "traditional" IBM customers haven't bought ***ANY*** Power 9 yet, and therefore my fag-packet calculation for the storage drag due to Power 9 rounds up to nearly zero.

So maybe next quarter's results might show some proper Power 9 drag.
