See, what I dont understand about these Indian outsources is, despite their claim to be gobal companies, they are all managed by an Indian clique.

How does that differ from US global companies? What constitutes global - senior management that looks like an 90's Benetton advert or an organisation with personnel, products and services available in different regions?
