$300 to $400m is probably the best any of the latest crop of non-public storage companies can hope for.
I've said for a long time storage is a race to the bottom. If you're not a founder, investor, or executive, there is little to no financial upside for the average peon sitting in a cube. Better to not waste years of your career hoping for a payout that will never come, and instead go find something in another up-and-coming area.
I agree with the earlier poster...storage is doomed. Move on.
Bullshit. They have an obsolete distributed filesystem that's creaking at the seams. Granted, a slick GUI and good marking. Right now they are trying to build a dozen software solutions that compete in as many markets with well established incumbents and legions of startups.
