    They are just bad news. They're either stealing another company's secrets or treating women like shit or their drivers are tax dodging wrong-uns on benefits.

      As far as I'm concerned, given the scumbag approach to everything this company has, the board can have as many issues as it wants to bear.

        Exactly right. Benchmark isn't interested in fixing problems at Uber. This lawsuit is entirely about them wanting a bigger slice of the pie.
