    In praise of local processing

    When and if functions that are offloaded to the cloud, such as voice processing and image processing, are handled entirely in the local device, I will become more interested in using said features. Privacy is a major selling point for me!

    Historically, it takes Microsoft three iterations to get things enough right to make it worthwhile to buy. And if less tries take plowed through, expect the line to disappear. Again. So. 2020 maybe? I really have use here for AR.
